[:de]SNA_NT („System for National Accounts-Norwegian Technology“ oder auch „System for National Accounts-New Technology“) wurde in den Jahren 1977 bis 2010 im Auftrag von Statistics Norway entwickelt. Frau L. H. Simpson hat die fachlichen Vorgaben erstellt. Die SW-Entwicklung wurde von Herrn H. K. Langva ausgeführt. Seit 2005 wurden unter Support-Verträgen Anpassungen für neue Versionen von Windows, Excel und Oracle vorgenommen.

Das Konzept für CollStat wurde 2013 entwickelt. Dabei wurden kleine Ergänzungen der Open-Source-Komponenten REX/WHEX und Xavier implementiert.
